Joe Huddleston
Joe Huddleston grew up on the Oregon Coast and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Oregon State University. During his education, Joe spent summers as a commercial fisherman in Alaska. After Oregon State University, Joe moved to Salem, Oregon to attend law school at Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Joe worked at Kevin L. Mannix, P.C., as well as another general practice law firm in Seaside, Oregon. After receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Certificate in Business Law, Joe joined Kevin L. Mannix, P.C., as an Associate Attorney. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and son, tending to his yard, golfing, everything football, playing with his dogs, winter sports, and being on the water.
Joe’s primary focuses include administrative law; business law; civil litigation and appeals; probate and trust administration; real estate and some land use; and wills and trusts. Joe’s favorite area of practice is handling appellate cases, but his “bread and butter” is estate administration/planning and real estate. Joe’s approach to litigation reflects his economics background, always asking himself: “from a cost-benefit perspective what is the best route or solution for the client?”
